Mr. Gorman obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree from Central
Michigan University in 1993. He not only earned a degree in Psychology,
but also earned 2 additional degrees in Gerontology and Advertising.  
As a former member of the University's National Debate and Forensics
Team, he has been repeatedly recognized as an exceptional debater
and individual public speaker throughout the country. Mr. Gorman
obtained his Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University College of
Law in 1998. He is admitted to both the Michigan and California Bars
and has been practicing law for over 10 years in both state and federal
courts, including the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Prior to his legal career, Mr. Gorman worked in the construction industry,
as a hands on contractor, licensed builder, contract negotiator, and
customer relations manager.  After completing law school, Mr. Gorman
worked as a City Attorney representing the city in criminal prosecutions
and municipal matters.  Mr. Gorman went on to a general practice firm
handling various matters, including, criminal, property, contracts,
employment, injury, and substantial consumer protection litigation
against some of the nation's largest companies, and Michigan's largest
law firms.

Mr. Gorman has substantial experience in handling consumer
automotive cases, riparian rights issues, and various criminal matters.
He has special interests in civil litigation involving real estate,
construction defects, mold contamination, property management
issues, business contracts, business entity formation, and technology

Cassandra A. Zaas, Esq.        czaas@GormanLawGroup.com

Mrs. Zaas earned a B.A. from Michigan State University in 1994.  She
later obtained a Law Degree from Michigan State University College of
Law in 1998.  Since graduation of law school, Mrs. Zaas has worked in
a wide range of practice areas, but has focused mainly in the areas of
Family law and Criminal Law.

Cassandra A. Zaas, primarily handles all of the Family Law cases for
the firm. The area of Family law include: divorces, paternity actions,
custody disputes, support enforcement, grandparent custody, and
parenting time.  Cassandra has also been involved in extensive post
judgment actions and motions for modification of previous orders. She
has handled over a thousand divorce, support, paternity and custody
matters and has handled many trials, evidentiary hearings,
mediations, FOC hearings and other matters with great success. Her
knowledge and experience in the area of Family Law is extensive, and
she has developed a reputation of professionalism and respect with
judges, referees, other attorneys and her former clients. Her
experience, reputation, and pride in her work are what set her apart
from other attorneys and has earned her a successful track record.

Legal Experience

   Ken began his legal career in 1997 while still in law school.  He was a case
handler in the Office of General Counsel for Ford Motor Company.  He was
responsible for the management of the warranty litigation files and gained
extensive experience in the area of warranty, contract, and consumer litigation.

   Upon graduation from law school in 1998, Ken joined the law firm of Martin
Crandall & Associates as an associate and handled automobile repair facility
defense.  He also represented automobile and motor home dealerships in
commercial litigation cases.  In addition, Ken was also an assistant City
Attorney for the City of River Rouge and litigated a large environmental
contamination against BP Amoco, as well as an extensive amount of criminal
cases.  Ken gained criminal defense experience as he worked on many complex
white collar criminal cases.  

   Since 2001 Ken has focused his practice in the area of products liability and
mass toxic torts representing manufacturers and property owners in asbestos
litigation.  He represented such companies as Honeywell, Certainteed,
UnionCarbide, BASF, Dana and many others.  Ken managed over 4000 active
asbestos files for 11 clients.  Ken returned to his prior experience in commercial
litigation by working on Chrysler and Ford warranty cases at the law firm,
Harvey Kruse, PC.  Mr. Miller continued his commercial litigation experience
with the Erskine Law Group, P.C. before venturing out on his own to broaden
his practice areas, and seek new challenges in business and the law practice.

  Mr. Miller's experience combined with his organizational skills and an ability
to implement technology to manage large amounts of data and documents
increases the efficiency and quality of representation to better serve our
clientele.   These skills also allow us to reduce the cost of litigation for our
clients.  He recently joined the GLG Team to continue his focus on cost
effective, quality representation of our clients.

Military Experience

   Ken served 13 years active and reserve in the United States Navy.  He was an
Explosive Ordnance Disposal Diver trained in the removal, disarming and
disposal of all types or explosive weapons both conventional, chemical and
nuclear.  He served in the first Persian Gulf War on a 7-man detachment, which
cleared underwater anti-ship mines off the coast of Iraq.  For his actions during
the war he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal with Combat V denoting Valor
and the Combat Action Ribbon.
